Samples of our Scrapbooks

The P7 pupils have been busy lately.We have recently been designing new scrapbooks to our liking to replace the PLP folders. We are really excited about our scrapbooks as they are a new resource to the school and everyone is excited.The top scrapbook is Jack's, the right one is Katy's, the bottom one is Niamh's, and finally the left one is Adele's.

We have also been learnig about World W
ar 2 and that explains the second picture. In the picture it is a dog fight between British planes and a enemy planes and the spotlight's making it visible,the bottom plane art has a message which says battle of Britain aircraft.

A busy few weeks!

We have been so busy over the past few weeks. Our World War 2 study is well under way and we are learning so much every day. It was great to watch some clips of children during WW2 and imagining what life was like for them. We have written excellent imaginary letters to our parents asking to go on a dream school trip back in time, if only it were true! We used Touchnote to create postcards of our trip and hopefully they will arrive on our doorsteps soon. This week we formed our new cooperative learning groups and they have been a huge success already - you can check out our 'Cooperation Station' in this photo and our very creative team posters! We look forward to hearing your comments.
